“The house is a well maintained older house with very modern fixtures. It is a quiet location within walking distance of the town. We enjoyed our time in the house very much. While the communication and house were outstanding we were disappointed with the back yard. There were leaves everywhere. It looked like they had been building up for some time. We didn't believe we could use the firepit for fear of starting a fire because it had so many leaves in it. There are table and chairs located in the backyard we couldn't use them because the cushions on the chairs were filthy and full of cobwebs. The house was perfect; well maintained with modern fictures. Quiet location and comfortable beds. Had it not been for the backyard, which we would have liked to use, we would have rated this house 5-star.”
