“The house is lovely, well equipped and close to downtown Palm Springs. The only slight negative is the wind, when it is blowing, it can be strong, you are right near the windmill farms. We had strong winds on a couple days but overall not an issue. The house is well cooled and the pool makes cooling off on a hot afternoon easy. It is also close to the Palm Springs Airport but that isn't a busy airport so I would rate this a minor inconvenience at most. We stayed for two weeks and it didn't bother us. Neighbors were quiet, we never heard a peep from anyone in the adjacent properties. The house is very comfortable and the clubhouse/gym was nice to utilize. Mike was super easy to get ahold of if we had any questions and very responsive. Thank you Mike for a wonderful getaway.”
