Fairly in Palm Springs, California

“We Loved this cozy home! Great with friends or family. Open concept, plenty of sleeping space; kids loved the bunkbeds and watching movies in their own bedroom. Felt the European style with the comfy feather down blankets and simple furnishings. Amazing natural light in the living room with the two sliding glass doors; one to the private back patio with mountain views and yard and the other to the palm tree lined grass area and walkways to the large/deep pool, jacuzzi, free laundry room, and tennis courts. Plenty of tables, umbrellas, and lounge chairs in the pool area. We visited in June when the weather was beginning to get hot but, the 2 A/C units cooled the entire house. Kids loved standing under the mist system to cool off on the back patio. Covered carport for 2+ cars. Very quiet. Location is perfect with a shopping center 2 streets over, 10 minutes to downtown Palm Cyn. This is for sure a family home (even has a wall with growth measurements on it), not an art deco show piece.”

“We enjoyed our time at Coco Cabana. The location is excellent—convenient to everything in South Palm Springs but still very quiet. The property was adequately maintained and we loved that it’s in a classic mid-century complex, which adds a nice Palm Springs feel to the stay. We particularly liked the layout of the unit, which felt private and offered great Mountain View’s”
