“This place was very fun. The fact it was nestled next to a wonderful park gave our kids freedom to roam and get outside a lot. The park views from the living room and dining room were fantastic and the rooftop view allowed us to see double fireworks from Angel’s stadium and Disney! Our hosts were also very responsive to a minor door lock issue. Thank you”

“The home was as described and in a great location, close to Newport Beach, Knott’s Berry Farm, restaurants, and grocery stores. Just be aware the driveway is very steep. The only downside was the cleanliness. We found urine stains on a toilet, hair in the kids’ bathroom, and the floors were dirty enough that our feet turned black walking barefoot. The host sent the cleaners back, but the floors still didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned. Communication about the cleaning was also confusing. We were told the cleaners were coming one day, then they didn’t, and on the following day—the only day we planned to relax—we were asked to leave so they could clean. Unfortunately, no compensation was offered for the inconvenience. We also had trouble reaching the host at checkout when the door code didn’t work. Overall very comfortable beds and great little house for our family of 6! Every room had a tv so no fighting on what to watch for my kiddos and kitchen had all pots and dishes needed to cook 😊”

“Our party of 7 stayed here for a family wedding. There was plenty of space for all of us. The beds were comfortable and the house was decorated beautifully. Well appointed kitchen. There is a beautiful park right next to the property. Great for morning or evening walks. Easy access to highways and very close to Disneyland. I could not hear the noise of the highway or the people at the park from inside the house. The communication was the best feature. I received messages asking if the stay was going well and the response time to my questions was great. People who have physical limitations may find the driveway challenging, but overall, I would recommend this listing.”
