“There was a minor ant problem in the bathroom but Terri was super responsive and took care of the issue. An exterminator showed up same day and treated the ants. I commend Terri for responsiveness and I understand how these things can come up. Terri is a super host and I was very happy to work with her.”

“I highly recommend seven sisters properties for their professionalism, communication and beautiful amenities and properties which are truly represented in all of their photographs. I stayed at the Oceano location and found that we were one block from the beach. Locally you have a Mexican restaurant up the street a liquor store/market across the street as well as Slappy‘s for your burgers, milkshakes, breakfast burritos, etc.. This being my first time in this area, I was greatly pleased to find the walk to the beach, easy and the ability to walk all the way down to Pismo a healthy walk of about 3 miles, one way. Pizmo is quite busy and touristy just know that going in. If you’re looking for a little bit more chill location I would highly recommend Avila Beach. Additionally, we hiked the Pismo preserve and were amazed with the beautiful scenery along the way, and most significantly leave the views of the ocean. I look forward to revisiting Oceano for an extended stay, in the future”

“Unit was gorgeous! Clean, decorated so cute! The bed was very comfy…….didn’t use the kitchen, but now that we know what to expect, we definitely will use the kitchen next time! Quiet at night(we were facing the street) which I assumed would be noisier, but nope, it was quiet! Even with the windows cracked! The ceiling fan is AMAZING!! There is a white noise machine(not sure if that’s what it’s called)🤣helped me sleep! This was our first stay here and I really cannot think of 1 negative thing about the room & complex. The spa looked inviting but unfortunately we didn’t get to try it this time! Great location. Close to everything! We will def be back sooner than later! Thx Terri! Very impressed!”

“This is our 2nd time staying at Terri's place. We'll definitely continue booking our mini vacays here. The location is perfect and the quiet. The condo had everything we needed and clean. The spa was great. There is great communication with Ms Terri in case something is needed during your stay. I truly recommend.”
