Humboldt Retreats reviews in Mckinleyville, California

“Amy was very responsive and helpful during my stay. Location was perfect as we traveled between Arcata and Trinidad. I would stay here again.”

“Our stay at Efficiency Flat was great! It was extremely clean, a huge factor for me with Airbnb stays. Amy made the check in so easy and seamless, with great communication leading up to the stay so I knew exactly what to expect and how to get to and into the house. The neighborhood was new and felt safe. There is some new builds currently happening in the neighborhood but nothing that woke us up or even loud. The mattress was comfortable and the blankets and linens were crisp and cozy. The Airbnb location is so close to the coast, the airport and the redwoods. With a rental car we had easy day adventures to multiple places and were able to come back to the Airbnb in between adventures to freshen up or relax. I would definitely recommend Amy’s place and would come back in a heartbeat!”

“This was the perfect base for our Redwood vacation. It is centrally located amongst the many road trips and hikes available. During our stay we were able to travel both north and south to see the huge trees and experience the amazing hikes. The home was easy to get into. It was supplied extremely well for the length of time we were here. The kitchen has all that we needed for cooking and baking. Everything was super easy to find and use. The neighborhood itself was quiet, peaceful, and safe. I went out for walks several times, and felt very much at home. Restaraunts and stores are close, and was easy to stop and pick up items on our return to the house. Amy was a fantastic host and communicated very well through our booking and stay.”

“Stayed he while visiting family. It was a great space to entertain my father and brother while allowing us to relax in a very private and comfortable place. The check in was seamless, the instructions and binder with local recommendations inside the home were probably the best I’ve come across. We felt very comfortable here and if we ever travel the 4,471km here to visit again, I would definitely choose to stay here again.”

“We had a great stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well maintained and had everything we needed throughout our stay. The host was responsive, helpful, and made the entire check-in and check-out process very easy. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. We would absolutely stay here again!”
