“We enjoyed our stay here. My favorite part was the ocean views from all the rooms in the house. Beautiful location, so peaceful and calm. The house had everything we needed. All the rooms had a heater so we weren’t cold. Very family friendly home, there was a closet full of toys, board games, even a baby seat and pack and play. They also had extra booster seats for the table. Perfect place to stay if you have small children. We also loved the hot tub, it was clean and you can see the ocean when you’re sitting in it. Also another huge perk is that the beach was only a 2 minute drive from the house, and it was a nice beach, not crowded even though it was the weekend, and not windy but warm and sunny. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back again!”

“The pros: beautiful views, comfy beds, lots of toys and kid amenities. The issues: - We arrived at check-in time and the cleaning staff was still working so we weren't able to gain access until 15 minutes past. Our baby desperately needed a nap after a long car ride so this was pretty inconvenient. - The listing included a high chair as an amenity but it wasn't there, which made feeding our baby difficult. - Lack of communication - when we reached out to the property manager to ask where the high chair was, we got no response for almost 36 hours. We finally got an answer when we called and she followed up to let us know that there was no high chair. We then asked if we could have a late check out (which the listing says can be requested) and she never responded. The house is beautiful and clearly a lot of care has gone into it, so we would caution the owners to ensure they have a communicative property manager to properly steward their rental!”

“Such a beautiful location and home. The beds and couches were comfortable, the kitchen was incredibly well stocked, the hot tub was fabulous, and the views were breathtaking. Manchester is small and they're not much there, but Point Arena and Elk are cute and close. Overall, 10/10 would stay again!”
