“The property is beautiful, well maintained, and matches the photos, if not better. Rooms felt spacious, everything was clean, and the setting is stunning. The night sky visibility was incredible, and the hot tub itself was large and usable. However, a few issues impacted our stay. The pool is listed as heated, but heating requires a $250/day fee (2-day minimum) and advance notice since it takes multiple days to warm up. While this may be in the listing, the process wasn’t clear in practice, and we weren’t able to use the pool. The pool and hot tub covers were not functioning properly. The ensuite shower also had issues. The temperature couldn’t be stabilized (either very hot or very cold), and the overhead shower had very low pressure. Overall, a lovely home, but some operational and maintenance issues to be aware of. We felt this was a lot considering the price we paid.”

The kitchen had everything we needed, which made it easy to cook meals and enjoy family time without feeling rushed. The location was great too—quiet and peaceful, which made it feel like a true escape, but still close enough to everything we needed. The host was very responsive and made the whole process smooth and stress-free, which we really appreciated when traveling with family. Overall, it was such a memorable trip for us, and this home made it even more special. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for families looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!”

“We had a great stay at this house in Joshua Tree. The home is spacious, very clean, and well maintained — you can tell a lot of care goes into it. We especially loved the sauna and the large pool. The views were absolutely stunning, with beautiful mountains and an incredible starry sky at night. There were a couple of downsides: we had some issues with the shower, and the pool was quite cold, which was a bit disappointing. However, I’d like to highlight the excellent management — when the air conditioning wasn’t working, the manager responded quickly and resolved the issue right away, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a lovely stay despite a few minor issues.”
