“Stayed here for a quick weekend getaway with my family. The location was absolutely stunning & the house may be the cutest bnb I’ve ever stayed in! Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because 1) the house was not as clean as it should’ve been. There was dust all over the floor and some part just looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a minute. 2) the kitchen doesn’t have good pans and pots to cook with so that was fairly disappointing. Other than that - the location is unbeatable & the responsiveness of host was truly appreciated!”

“I hate writing reviews that are under 5 stars but I think it's just important for future renters to know about some things to ask for in advance even though they might seem obvious. The fridge and freezer had been turned off before our arrival, and it took 2 days (our entire stay) to cool... so we had to keep all our groceries and frozen goods outside on the patio every night to stay fresh. Definitely make sure they turn on the fridge and freezer before your arrival. We had asked for a propane tank for the grill, and while one was provided, the valve was non-functioning (we even took a wrench to it) so it rendered a lot of the food we bought to grill useless. The house itself is pretty, the hot tub was very nice and the fire pits are wonderful. Like I said, I hate to give anything less than 5 stars but having to keep your food outside every night is a tough pill to swallow when you're spending a lot on a rental.”

“Our Lake Arrowhead stay was exactly what we hoped for - peaceful, serene, and matching the pictures to a tee. It was perfect for our group of friends. The floorplan was perfect for hanging out, the patio was wonderful, and each bedroom was so comfy! Plenty of parking for three cars as well. The only thing I'd say was a con was that the check-in process was a bit complicated and involved downloading an app, but once downloaded it was a breeze.”

“The place was much larger than it appeared in photos. Master bedroom is huge. Very chic. Great communication, we had a wonderful stay and will be back.”
