“Everything was beautiful on this Airbnb house. Inside was spotless with many amenities. The backyard and the patio furniture needs upkeep, Icebin/cooler was rotted, full of dirt.”

“This is our second time staying in this beautiful home! We absolutely love the location…walkable to Ernie’s and golf which is exactly why we head to the desert. The home is beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious! We would definitely stay again!”

“Immediately upon entering, it was clear this was a rundown property. We have rented homes in Palm Springs for six years, and this was by far our worst experience anywhere. The house had damage throughout, cheap silverware, a nonworking pool table, an old grill, damaged pool loungers, and a crack in the tiles. The pool overflowed twice, the jacuzzi did not work, and the pool would not heat properly. We were told heating would cost $20 per additional degree per day, but after agreeing to pay, we were told the heater was not working. We received excuses about Labor Day weekend rather than solutions. We paid nearly $5,000 for three nights and chose this property because it was the most expensive, expecting a superior experience. Unfortunately, it looked much better in the listing than in person, and some photos appeared heavily edited. For nearly $5,000, we expected a clean, functional, well-maintained home. Instead, we received broken amenities and poor maintenance.”
