“Enjoy the house had a few problems. The internal bed upstairs couldn’t get the bottom bed out the trundle bed downstairs mattresses are very uncomfortable. The floors in the kitchen were filthy. If there was a mop, I would’ve mopped it. Other than that. The weather was beautiful. The beach was beautiful seemed pretty expensive, but it was what it was.”

“We had some electrical issues with the plugs going out up stairs. Although it was annoying, the management team was very responsive and quick to get an electrician out to try and fix the issue. Love that you could walk down to swim. Hot tub made for some nice relaxation. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Loved our stay, clean place, friendly host. The only issue was that the grill was not very clean (had quite a bit of crust and rust) and the hot tub never got up to temp. Only after leaving it heat up overnight would it get hot enough, but the temp quickly fell once the top was removed.”

“We had a great stay at Edens place, spacious for my family of 6 and great location just up from kings beach and walking distance to Speedboat beach. We enjoyed the hot tub and the back deck.”

“This home is in a great location! Walking distance to an awesome spot by the lake, and a short drive to amazing beaches, restaurants, and coffee shops. The only issue is we saw the posting and instructions mentioning AC— this home DOES NOT have AC. It was very warm (80s) inside when we first got there and took a while to cool down. Not necessarily a cool spot to hang out during the hottest hours of the day. We communicated this, and a neighbor was sent to check out the temperature— he is the one who let us know the house had no AC. We wish we would’ve been told from the get-go, or even via our text communication to avoid having to have someone come over. There are about 5-7 fans available to help cool down, but only 2 worked. You also have to sleep with windows open and the house is by a busy road. We also couldn’t find the outdoor use towels even though the instructions specified to use those with the hot tub. Otherwise, the house is well equipped and in a location we enjoyed”
