Humboldt Retreats reviews in California

“Amy was very responsive and helpful during my stay. Location was perfect as we traveled between Arcata and Trinidad. I would stay here again.”

“Amy is a wonderful host. Excellent and proactive communication. Comfortable beds. Very clean with well appointed kitchen. Description matched reality. Appreciated the full disclosure on neighborhood construction. Would stay again!”

“We LOVED staying here. The house was tough to find because Google & Apple maps don't have a good map of the area (Amy explains this as well in messages). Google maps took us to the front of the neighborhood, just keep driving straight past two cross sections and the house will be on the left w/ an orange door. The house was clean and very well put together. The in-home instructions were detailed in how to work the pellet stove and how to best make it to the beach. All in all, we would definitely stay again.”

“Arcata wasn't even a city I had ever heard of two weeks ago, but now I love it and want to return because of Amy's place! Walking distance to A Piece of Humboldt Pie, Wildberries, and the Co-op, you don't need to get in the car to explore. The kitchen was just right, and the bathroom was clean and had all the important stuff. Definitely recommend if you are headed to beautiful Humboldt county.”

“It was a great place to stay and the host really went out of her to make it special!”
