“We chose this unit for the location but were pleasantly surprised by the size and how quiet it was! Evidence of construction but luckily it was very quiet during our stay. The space is huge and very clean. We could not have been happier with our stay! We had 5 people total and never felt crowded. Bedrooms are large with big closets. Bathrooms (2 and a half) are also clean and well stocked. The kitchen was amazing! Very well spaced and stocked. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again in the future!”

“The location and communication with our host, Trung, were great—very responsive and accommodating, even allowing us to check in a bit earlier than expected. However, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the home left a lot to be desired. The space was quite dusty throughout, and the dishwasher had visible mold, so we chose not to use it. We ended up re-washing all the utensils before using them. The sofa had a strong smell, and although the cover had been recently changed, there was still noticeable dirt and dust. I also found myself coughing every morning—possibly due to the heater or the bedding. Another issue was the limited supply of essentials like toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels—we ran out by the third day of our 7-day stay. I appreciate Trung’s friendliness and quick responses, but I hope the cleanliness and general upkeep of the property can be improved for future guests.”

“I would recommend this condo and this host 100%. We were en route to Thanksgiving with family when another host involved us in a bait and switch for our reservation. It was a horrid experience as you can imagine. And to the rescue came Trung. His place was in a perfect location for us and he was supportive and kind and came through at the literal last minute with this wonderful condo. He made sure that we were completely informed about how to access, had parking, came into a beautiful, spacious, clean condo - exactly as listed. And he checked in with us in the morning of all 4 days we stayed with him to make sure we were alright. We ate breakfast at BeaBea's (recommend!) and dinner at Carousel (recommend) and we could walk there. We were 10 minutes from my niece. My daughters, son-in-law, my husband and I slept like babies and enjoyed each other's company in a lovely space with lovely beds and bedrooms and spotless bathrooms. We even hosted family visitors comfortably. A gem”
