“This was a very special occasion! Our daughter was getting a surprise proposal and her fiancé wanted us to be there because not only was she getting engaged, it was also her birthday. Her sister flew in from Argentina, where she currently lives, and we decorated our Airbnb, hired Chef Stacy to cater our celebratory brunch, and after the proposal they drove to our beautiful Airbnb for an amazing surprise. It had 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large open kitchen which was open to the livingroom, walking distance to great restaurants & the beach, and air conditioning! Chef Stacy shared how well stocked the kitchen was, and the brunch was outstanding! This house will live forever in our memories. It was perfect in every way, including the homes' host Stephanie. Stephanie, thank you for having the perfect home to share with us, and all of the great communications to make our stay seamless.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home in Encinitas! From the moment we walked in, we knew we had picked the right place. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and somehow even better than we expected. The photos in the listing are great, but they honestly don't do this property justice. The location was fantastic—close to everything we wanted to do, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The home had everything we could have needed and more. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware, utensils, and essentials you could ask for, making it easy to prepare meals. The thoughtful touches throughout the home made it clear that the hosts put a lot of care into making sure guests have a great stay. The only thing we would change is swap out queens for King beds as our taller husbands would have appreciated a better nights sleep. Nonetheless we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfy and perfectly located!!!”

“Our family enjoyed our stay at Stephanie’s place in Encinitas. The house was just as expected and very convenient to everything we wanted to do in San Diego. Our grandkids enjoyed all the games , toys and beach items. The house was clean and we felt right at home. The beach and restaurants were close by. We were sad to leave. I would recommend this house without hesitation.”
