“Perfect location and view”

“Location! Walkable everywhere. Spacious. Bright Rooms. You are on the bluff and the views are amazing. The home itself is old but it has charm. Original built ins and lots of closets. Unfortunately, upon arrival we were greeted with a tiny ant army which I thought would be a minimal nuisance. However, it was an issue thru out the whole stay. They were everywhere and just couldn't get rid of them fast enough. I sprayed, used vinegar and we stored most things in the fridge. It was something I had to stay on top of since they were everywhere. This home doesn't have AC which it is stated, so leaving all windows open for the breeze is ideal. But note, by leaving windows open other critters may get into the home. Mgmt was very responsive, helpful and notified. The real remedy is to have home fumigated, but that was not an option during our short stay. Great home for a large family. Location! Location! Gorgeous Sunsets! A lovely stay and my teenagers had a blast”
