“Lovely home- perfect fit for our staycation with two teenage daughters. The kitchen was well equipped, the views were breathtaking, and set up of the home was very nicely laid out. Due to high tides and sand erosion, there was no beach. The steps nearby lead down to rough water and a very rocky shore. Ponto and Moonlight were closest beaches, FYI. But the sound of the waves all day every day made up for it! Would definitely stay again.”

“This Airbnb unit is really beautiful in a very peaceful location in Encinitas with wonderful waterfront views. Plenty of room for our family of 5. We really enjoyed our stay. There are plenty of fun activities to keep you and your family entertained whether it be within the general property or in town. Very clean and adequately equipped and furnished. Not necessarily a negative, but just be aware that the unit could use some general updating of fixtures, etc. and likely as a result of this we did experience two unfortunate inconveniences; a broken shower head in the master bath, and a failed TV in the living room. Both issues did ultimately get resolved by Casaga property managers, though it took a couple of days into our stay to correct these issues. No question we would highly recommend this property to others.”

“Lovely place with amazing views. During our stay, the stove stopped working, which unfortunately meant we couldn’t cook many of the meals we had purchased groceries for. The grill was also older and not really in great condition for cooking. That said, the hosts were very responsive and kindly provided a food credit for the stove issue, which we really appreciated. The pillows were also a bit uncomfortable for sleeping, but overall you can tell the hosts genuinely care about creating a great guest experience. Since this is a newer Airbnb, I’m sure they’re still working through a few small details. With an updated grill, better pillows, and the stove issue resolved, this place would easily be a 5-star stay.”
