“The location and views were nice, but the home needs a little TLC. I wouldn’t say it was dirty but there is no attention to detail. For example, the shades for the windows downstairs were filthy and very stained, the main bathroom sink drains ever so slowly, the lamp shade was torn and broken, the rugs were worn and the floor of the main bedroom closet was filled with blankets and junk on the floor- it was hard to use because of the clutter. I was not impressed and expected more.”
