“Loved the property! It was easy to find and easy to check in/access. The place was clean, very kept & aesthetically pleasing! It felt extremely cozy with all the furniture in each room especially the bedrooms! My elderly parents & infant were so comfortable just hanging out at the property. Our family arrived in the thick of summer so having ac units in each room was icing to the cake! Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe to walk around. So many places to eat less than 10 minutes away! Check out was thee most easiest process as well compared to other properties I’ve experienced! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider reserving it in the future! Shoutout to Coastline Vacation Rental & their staff that always responded quickly with clear responses.”

“Super cute studio with a 30 second walk to the beach and we loved it! Spacious for 2 people, very close walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and beach! We will definitely be back! The hosts were extremely fast and sweet with responses back. The unit comes with an AC cooler which was very nice on the hot days. My only recommendation is to pack lighter than I did because the stairs are not fun with a huge suitcase. Overall great trip and would highly recommend this spot to stay in PB!”

“My family and me really enjoyed our vacation stay. The stay was nice and relaxing and peaceful. And Beautiful view of the city and everything in the home was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the stay felt like home away from home. We came down for our daughter first year of college and after moving her in the doom, then we were able to spend some quality time together at the home and other places and so we visited SeaWorld and Mission beach, some restaurants and everything was near by and easy to get to in between. We will definitely be staying again thank you for allowing us to stay & see you in the future.”

“The place was easy to find and conveniently located just outside San Diego, with quick access to major freeways that made getting around very easy. The home was actually much bigger than it appeared in the photos! All of the rooms were spacious and clean, and even the bunk bed room was surprisingly large. The home was well stocked with amenities, and the host was very responsive throughout our stay. They even provided firewood for us to enjoy the outdoor bonfire, which was a nice touch. We did have an issue with the portable AC unit in the outdoor shed, but the host responded quickly and had it replaced for us. One thing to keep in mind is that there are only two smaller bathrooms for the home, and the bathroom doors do not have locks, which can be a little inconvenient when staying with a larger group or family.
