“My family has been visiting this home every year since 2020 and it's always beautiful, clean and peaceful. Jana with Team Central Coast is very friendly and responsive when things come up, but they rarely do as the property is lovely and well-maintained. I can't wait to visit again next year!”

“Comfortable and spacious with lots of amenities. Walking distance from the beach, a well-stocked market, and plenty of restaurants. Having a garage was a nice bonus! Hosts are super responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Walkable to the beach and downtown. Matched photos. Kitchen not well equipped for making large meals, but fine for breakfast and lunch prep. Dining space doesn’t seat everyone that the bedrooms accommodate. Fire pit in the backyard is lovely and the backyard is fenced and private. Outdoor shower is great for washing off the sand from the day!”

“The house and the location in Cayucos were great - walkable to the main street/beach/shops. Nice decor and reasonable amenities. Clean place. Communicative host. But a few drawbacks which were disappointing - the bed in the main bedroom was broken and the mattress was really weak and didnt support any weight. We had back pain most days. The dishwasher didnt work well, so we had to hand-wash all the platest and bowls.”

“Overall, we loved the house! It was in a great location, had a great backyard deck with seating and a fire pit, and had what we needed for a comfortable stay. It is one block to the beach and close to the market and restaurants. My one complaint is about the master bedroom bed. It caved in towards the middle and the bed frame made so much noise every time you moved. I ended up sleeping on the couch because my husband and I were very uncomfortable on that bed together. My recommendation would be to upgrade to a king with a good mattress as there is plenty of room for a bigger bed. If I know that the bed will be upgraded, I will definitely stay here again!”
