“We had a great stay at Beachside. Plenty of room for 6 adults, one baby, and a dog. The backyard is completely paved with a small green patch for the dog and it was perfect for morning coffees. There was a bit of an ant problem but that cleared up with some traps. Overall, a lovely weekend.”

“Talk about immaculate! This house completely exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely beautiful, incredibly clean, and had more than enough room to comfortably accommodate our entire family. From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like a vacation. We literally just left and are already talking about booking another stay! The location was amazing—we were right on the beach, and the view was absolutely stunning. The stairs down to the beach were definitely a little bit of a workout, LOL, but completely worth it once you got down there! We would recommend this house to EVERYONE looking for a beautiful, spacious, and relaxing place to stay in the area. We had such a wonderful experience and cannot wait to come back! Thanks again”

“This place is amazing. It’s a lot bigger than it seems and there is a backyard and rooftop deck that is very cool! You can walk to everything in Cayucos in minutes. 5 minutes to the sea shanty and ten minutes to the pier.”

“The place was nice and clean. Good amount of space for 2 people. Very convenient to downtown and the beach. We had our 2 dogs with us, very happy that Beachside allowed pets. We spent some time on the deck, the view is great. I would recommend not sitting on the deck chairs as they were pretty warped and unsteady. The stairs were a little steep and cramped with the chairlift in place. Getting in and out the front door was a little tricky as the entry is also a bit cramped. We had to be careful going up and down with luggage and with the dogs. We noticed a musty smell when we first entered, it may just have come from the carpeting on the stairs. One note, parking is pretty private but, the spot was not marked with a Beachside Rentals sign as mentioned. We did experience a car parked in the spot after a day outing and we ended up parking on the street which was fine but, we had bikes in the back and it just wasn’t ideal. We did enjoy our visit and we thank Beachside for the stay.”
