“beautiful home, all amenities as advertised, very peaceful. Deer walking across the property at least once a day. lovely firepit area. Not quite as easy to get to the beach as you might think, as there is a steep hill on the other side of the 1 so its a mile or so away for coastal access. Vety cute little town, and very cool things to do up and down the coast (the boardwalk at moonstone beach, morro bay, hearst castle, ragged point, elephant seal viewing etc)”

“Lovely spacious home with great views over the valley. Clean and comfortable. We experienced an immediate, friendly response and resolution when we inadvertently locked ourselves out! The EV charger was a great bonus. The driveway is very steep and the turnoff from the road a little difficult to maneuver the first time. We enjoyed seeing deer in the yard!”
