“Very comfortable, high quality, and nice house. Very well maintained, well equipped, and clean. Ample deck space. Amazing master suite on top floor. Great for family gatherings. Parking is a small problem if there are lots of cars. The neighbor to the south is nasty about parking on the road in front of her house. You can park at the Agate Beach parking lot and then take a secret path ("Jack's Path") from the beach up to Yucca. It works well except at night.”

“My wife and I married in Bolinas 12 years ago and came back for another wedding- staying at this cottage was perfect. The fenced in space out front was great for sunny afternoon lounging, the outdoor shower was perfect after surf and everything was walkable. The house is well laid out and the windows opened easily for fresh air. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again.”
