“Great house, very vibey. Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown.”

“Overall very nice. It was hard to find. Maybe a sign or something. The little house is well hidden! We came in an hour early and asked for early check in but we didn't hear until the second time I contacted. We ran out of toilet paper (2 rolls is NOT enough for a week!). I wish the lighting had been better because we love to read. That's enough of what could have been better. Positively, it was a great location for visiting all our fav places. It was surprisingly quiet, even with a pretty busy road down below us. Kitchen is very spacious. Loved the shower. Linens were great. Overall, very nice and we would stay there again.”

“Jonna and Reid’s studio in Arcata was perfect! Super clean, cute, close to downtown, the university, and the marsh. As a parent bringing their kid to university, this was a great space to stay. Jonna and Reid were super responsive (proactively) with things to do and places to eat. If you come with a car, there’s a designated off-street parking space, but if you don’t have a car, pretty much anywhere in town is walkable. Many great restaurants and shops literally just around the corner! I’m already looking to book another trip to Arcata later in the year and would stay here again in a heartbeat.”

“The place was nice and clean, and had enough space for the 5 of us to stay comfortably. The location is great, less than a mile walk to food and easy access to the redwoods. They do have an extensive good neighbor policy to sign which was weird to me but it’s nothing I wouldn’t abide by so I didn’t see a reason to push back. We’re leaving a star off because the WiFi basically did not work. The WiFi worked poorly enough even the smart tv wasn’t functioning. Additionally One of our party is taking an online course and to find public WiFi to watch his lecture for the day.”
