“Great location. Trung was very responsive and friendly. Great proximity to Disneyland and the neighborhood was quiet. My only critique would be the A/C could have been colder, but Trung was very communicative about not putting the A/C under 70 degrees so that the unit would not breakdown, so we at least knew what we were getting into. The ceiling fan and portable fans helped alleviate some the heat. We took a group of 11 high school students and 4 adults on a tour of California colleges, so the house was perfect. We would stay here again for sure.”

“Host was very responsive and proactive throughout our stay, checking-in with us and asking us to reach out should we need anything. Was a great all-around host. The property itself was beautiful with nice rooms, a hot tub, and a grill which we put to use. The house rules regarding noise, parking, etc. were very easy to follow even with our big group. Would stay again.”

“The property itself is really cool and unique, and the kids loved the look and feel of the place. Unfortunately, there were some maintenance and cleanliness issues that took away from the overall experience. The pool had algae in it and was not usable for half of our stay. Some of the other amenities also needed attention, which I have communicated to the host, so hopefully these other issues will be not be a problem for the next guests. The host was very responsive and pleasant to deal with but the cleanliness and maintenance issues really need to be addressed. With better upkeep and attention to the amenities, this could be a fantastic property.”
