“House and location were beautiful and as described. Tons of room. Loved how well stocked it was, shampoo, soap, dw detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels, tons of seasonings, and endless toilet paper. Loved the games and you could tell there have been lots of good memories made in this place. The beach is circled into a little cove, which had calmer waters that were great for swimming. My husband and son spent a good deal of time fishing off the beach. Do note that this is a rocky lake beach, not soft sandy beach. Also note that the path down to the lake is extremely steep and quite a trek to get back up. We took a quick trip over to a nice hiking trail that led to some waterfalls. This was listed in the guestbook which was helpful and full of great info. Good WiFi. Walmart grocery is about 30 min away but does deliver if that’s your thing! Overall we had a great stay at a lovely home and the host was super nice and very responsive. Thanks for the nice bottle of wine.”
