“Very nice place, the sign by the Corp of Engineers restricting our use of the dock was a surprise. When we read that it had lake access we assumed it had a dock we could use. Not the case. Overall we had a very nice stay.”

“Fabulous visit. The house worked great for our large crew of 13. Good layout of space for kids and adults. Beautiful to sit on the screened-in deck in the morning. Kitchen has everything we needed, bathrooms were spacious, whole place was immaculate. Very convenient to Indian point day use beach at Beaver Lake, and also to Eureka Springs. The guest book had helpful recommendations from previous visitors, which was fun! Lovely visit, would stay here again.”

“The house was beautiful and right on the lake. We had 6 adults and 3 kids with the kids room downstairs with bunk beds and games for them. Quick walk to the lake where we played in the lake and fished (didn’t catch anything) but still a great location. All amenities you would need with a big deck with an amazing view. Highly recommend and will definitely rent again.”
