“our stay was not good, host did not bring us activities cards till 2nd day, was told she would bring them after 7. I offered to go pick them up. she said not, ask for sheets for hide a bed. was told will bring them the next day, so no sheets to sleep on. ugh, got activities cards at 9.00 am in Friday, so could not do any activities on Thursday, worst part Pool had not been inspected by state, so Closed, Should have been told Pool was not open at booking, this is why we chose this place , swimming for my granddaughter and her great grandmother. Great aunt no putt putt golf. pickelball, tennis. as we had to no passes to do anything. Villa was nice, except grass not mowed, and atrium dirty. I know as host you did not do this but our vacation was ruined by the site Host. she said she was off the property and would assist the next day , we arrived at 4. and she said she was on site and would get cards, every where else I have ever booked had cards ready in room .”
