The home was a great hub to see Jerome, Sedona and we took in all Cottonwood had to offer (public pickleball courts, food, etc.). I'd recommend this place to family and friends.”

“The place looks every bit as good as the photos. It is roomy, comfortable, welcoming, with a great kitchen and place to eat both in the house and outside. There is a beautiful living room area with lots of comfortable furniture and plenty of room to play games and watch movies. It was absolutely the perfect spot for a family vacation. The house was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed — but the real show‑stopper was the location and the views. Everywhere you look, it’s just pure Sedona magic. We loved how close we were to all the trails, shops, and restaurants, yet the place still felt peaceful and private. It was the perfect home base for our trip, and waking up to those red rocks every morning was unreal. If you’re heading to Sedona, this is the spot. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.”
