“They were great hosts and the backyard is a great place to relax with friends”

“We didn’t end up staying at all because the home was not clean upon our arrival at 5:30 pm. It was a major inconvenience for our planned 7 night stay in Phoenix for 2 special events. We had to quickly secure (more expensive) lodging elsewhere since we didn’t have 3 hours to burn while the cleaning took place. The only positive is that the hosts were apologetic and tried to fix the problem but our plans for the evening were already affected.”
