Stay Heirloom in Phoenix, Arizona

“Beautifully decorated home and extremely comfortable beds. Heirloom was extremely accommodating with early check in and overall just great to communicate with. Unfortunately, we did have some issues during our stay like the fridge/freezer not working on arrival. However, they had a new one to us within hours which I was extremely grateful for and offered me late check out for the inconvenience. Additionally, there are some bedrooms that appeared to have been added on which have extremely limited airflow which was unfortunate for the people that had to sleep in those rooms. Overall the air doesn’t cool down the main living areas as much as it should in the Arizona heat. Lastly, we got a noise complaint at 8pm from the decibel meter on our last night staying which was rather frustrating since we were only inside having dinner. Overall I’m grateful for Heirlooms quick communication and problem solving but when paying so much money you expect basic things to work as they should.”
