“This was a beautiful modern home. Everything was well stocked with everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. We were disappointed that after we arrived and took our shoes off, we noticed all our feet turning black from the very dirty floors. The black then transferred to the white sheets in the bed. I reached out to the hosts right away and they were quick to respond and sent a mop bucket and new mop head at my request. I spent the next day washing sheets, sweeping and mopping all the floors.”
