“Overpriced. No house numbers on the home! So it will be hard to spot- have the photos handy to compare. Run down- bathroom door that doesn’t shut, old, LOUD HVAC, mismatched kitchen etc. street parking. great location- tons to do around the home. The checkin in the app won’t work! They sent an email code previously to get in, you have to use that. So going through the app check in process won’t help you. Annoying start to the process after not really knowing if we were at the right home due to no house numbers. Then there’s a big welcome sign on the table with WiFi info. It doesn’t work. Yup, they emailed that too. Why communicate things twice and one doesn’t work?? They did answer the phone when I called to get the door code. However, the lady was not particularly nice, and not so much as an apology for not sending me the proper code.”
