“This is for the house on Maricopa, The Villages. House was great! Unique features, definitely not a cookie-cutter interior. Kitchen is well stocked (there is even a snow cone machine available for use!) which made cooking for a longer stay easy. Laundry, pool towels, comfy couches, smart tv's...all made our stay that much better! Pool and area is awesome! Our dog was so happy in the backyard, even without grass. Pool is great! Perfect to relax in!”

“House was fairly clean however furniture needs cleaning. There were noticeable stains on sofa and chairs in familyroom. Tray on ottoman was left sticky with some sort of spilled beverage. Stains also on comforter in master bedroom. Kitchen was very well equiped with everything you woud need. Minor thing, tv in den didnt work and was left on with just a blue screen, remote would not work. None over overhead lights worked as no remotes since I work from home it was very dark in den and had to swap out light bulbs and leave lamp shade off. All in all, house was adequate, clean but really needs a bit of TLC, I would hire a cleaning crew. I pointed out a few issues and was told it had been cleaned three days before my arrival. I would say it was " surfaced" cleaned. Large number of beattles and crickets outside which indicates had not been sprayed for bugs or spiders recently which I had specifically asked about. Webs on outdoor furniture and large amount of stains on cushions.”

“Great home! Nice neighborhood, lots of walking trails and easy in and out of Maricopa! My grandson loved the pool, we didn't use the hot tub but would be nice on a cool night! the beds were comfortable, good thick towels for bathrooms and some beach towels provided as well! We didn't cook there but the kitchen was very nice! Quiet neighborhood and we had a great stay!”

“we had no hot water and she had someone there in 30 minutes fixed in an hour. house was very cozy had everything we needed to cook the best thing is that we took our two cats no questions asked. But No clocks in the bedroom. She communicated with us within minutes of my texts. The only thing was I couldn't use the pool because there was no hand rail. If I needed a place to stay ever again I would definitely stay there. Nothing beats a house over a hotel room never!”

The host communicated clearly and quickly, which made check‑in and the entire stay smooth. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.”
