“This place was close to the highway, but we never heard any of the noise. The place is exactly as pictured (in fact, the loft space was even better than pictured). A couple of small problems popped up but the host dealt with them immediately. The neighborhood is quiet, and even though there are a couple of homes on either side, there is no one behind you. So, sitting on the back porch, or walking around the backyard makes you feel like you’re private and isolated. Kitchen had everything we needed. Internet was fast enough for everything we needed, also. Lastly, it’s always clear when you stay at a place like this that this is someone’s HOME (rather than a property that someone bought with the sole intention of renting out). Those little personal touches matter a lot.”

“A very quiet place, despite being close to other houses. The home is super cozy, with a beautiful view of the forest. There’s plenty to do for fun—special thanks for the ping pong table, I hadn’t played since school 😁. Really didn’t want to leave.”

“Beautiful home in a quiet area. Surrounding forest was very pretty. Host was very friendly and responsive! Any questions were quickly answered. Kitchen was top notch. Had all the necessary cookware and gadgets. Plenty of table space, both indoors and out. The Sonos sound system was a great added touch, something other properties lack. Back patio was very nice! Gas fire pit kept us warm outside for playing games. Picnic table, comfy chairs. Only utilized the main bedroom upstairs. Nice sheets and weighted blanket, comfortable mattress. Multiple fans to circulate air was a nice touch. Windows and patio doors to let some light in. Both bathrooms were very nice as well. Towels were super soft! Property was awesome. Forest in every direction. Even backing up to the 260, outdoor noise was minimal. Hardly saw other people for the duration of our stay! Spa was MASSIVE! Warmed up fairly quick, very clean, nice opening in the tree line to star gaze in the evening.”
