“Pros - Great and quiet location. Very roomy. Easy and convenient to locate. Owners communicate promptly (see below) Cons - shared spaces were clean enough (bathrooms, living room, kitchen), but bedrooms and smaller areas were not, including cobwebs throughout - as if it hadn't been cleaned in some time. I found that either Air b&b or the owners (or both) utilize AI to partially manage support - I was talking aloud about a feature of the home and suddenly received a message directly relating to the conversation I was having... incredibly creepy - but that's where we're at... In general, I can see this place being great for a larger family/group of friends. It's a fantastic location if you're looking to visit the Rim areas. Quiet, Cozy and Convenient.”

“Stay here if you want to sleep in the previous guests’ dirty sheets. Both downstairs beds were covered (top/bottom of comforter, sheets, pillows) in human & dog hair, as well as stains-clearly not washed & simply remade. We’ve never seen such dirty sheets anywhere in the world. Management didn’t take the concern seriously, even after we provided photos-only responding with a $25 “courtesy” offering on a several hundred dollar reservation. Even though two families couldn’t sleep out of disgust & no other clean sheets could be found, they said we were informed this was a pet-friendly home & this is expected. The human hair (& whatever else we couldn’t see!) was the even bigger concern. You can’t wear shoes inside to keep it clean, but they’re ok letting you sleep in filth. They could have easily fixed the situation & saved our experience/holiday, but this corporate-run rental chose profits over people. I’ve never seen such lack of care, concern or service. So disappointing.”

“This is out second time staying in this beautiful cabin. We had an amazing time enjoying the tall pines, beautiful vuews, grilling every night, s'mores, and long walks. Play room was well used by our boys, the beds were very comfy. 10 min drive and you're on a lake. We will definitely be back.”
