“This was possibly our favourite Airbnb stay ever, it was beautifully remodelled with no expense spared on decor and furniture, the bed linens and towels felt amazing which can often let a place down but this place was great. It had a lot of stairs but there was an elevator, the location was incredible, we were travelling with our two young children and our parents one of whom is 91 so the elevator made it fun and accessible. Location wise it was great, close to the airport, harbour and glacier and far enough away from downtown Juneau that it felt like we got to enjoy the real Juneau. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, there was some miscommunication about a high chair being available but they were quick to help and we left feeling like we had a great vacation: we had some suggestions for making the place even. Better for families and they were open to suggestions and gave us positive feedback. Highly recommend staying here.”
