“House was fine but communication was not. I messaged Oliver Wesley about 3 times and I could tell he read the message but never responded. The day of he said in a text that everything was fine wasn’t it. I responded with I didn’t have a code to get in and I had already paid extra for an early check in and extra for a late checkout. I finally had to call the number that was shown to contact and they started out by saying I rented from Airbnb so they should be communicating with me. When I said they weren’t she finally gave a code and the exact address since we didn’t even have it. Upon arriving the Airbnb was hot and there weren’t enough sleeping space as was advertised. Finally got the managing company to send out hvac and questioned about the sleeping space not being enough I pretty much got told I should have booked thru them instead of Airbnb. That I could’ve saved 18%. The air was finally fixed but still didn’t have enough sleeping space”

“Beautiful location and very spacious home we had a great time ! Only issues we had were with the hosts communication. I asked twice about getting an early checkin cause we were there for a family wedding and wanted extra time to get ready before hand but i never did get a response although it said my messages had been read . And then when we got there and unlocked the door and went in the alarm went off and we had not been told there was an alarm or given a code to disarm it . Then of course when i tried to call the host to figure out what to do they wouldnt answer and the management company didnt seem to know either . Luckily the alarm quit somehow and we were able to enjoy our stay .”

“The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. Some of the furnishings inside were showing wear-as to be expected in a short term rental. I would definitely stay there again if I’m ever in the Guntersville area again.”

“The house was just as pictured and served us well for a long weekend of baseball. Since it was only 12 minutes to Sand Mountain Park we were able to go back to the house and eat lunch in between our games. Super convenient!”
