“Right off the bat we had difficulty getting in to the condo due to the lock,but host was quick to respond. First impression was condo didn’t “ feel “ as clean as I would like, but wasn’t enough to complain about. There was an “ old” smell as soon as you walk in “. I would say it was too small for my family of 4 ( 2 adults, 14 yo, and 10 yo) Not a lot of drawer or suite case space and bathroom was small. All of the dressers drawers didn’t pull out leaving the drawer space even more minimal. Queen bed and bunk beds were comfy, however the pull out couch was awful. Plastic Shower curtain could be replaced and bathroom drains didn’t drain well. Any sort of humidity sets the smoke alarm off so that was quite annoying.The neighbors headboard is right against the master bedroom wall ( if you know what I mean ). Location was A+. Very convenient to Publix, Walgreens, CoastAL, and other stores and restaurants!”

“We had a great stay at this condo in Orange Beach. The unit was clean and comfortable. Our hostess was absolutely wonderful very sweet, responsive, and genuinely made sure we had everything we needed throughout our trip. You can tell she really cares about her guests. The only challenge we experienced was with the HOA, which is completely separate from the owner/host. Despite having already paid for our parking passes, we kept receiving warning stickers on our truck, and it took a long process to get everything sorted out. It caused some unnecessary stress because we were worried about being towed. We also noticed other guests dealing with the same issue, so it seems to be an ongoing problem with the HOA, not the condo owner. Overall, it’s a very nice place to stay as long as you have the patience to deal with the HOA if anything comes up. The condo itself and the host were wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our time there.”

“The place was beautiful setting perfect walking distance from Beach everything is simple and easy only thing I could say wasn’t the best is the cleanliness we got there the floors were sticky and the master bedroom sheets had looked to be stains but that doesn’t stop someone from having a great place and great area can say the host was very responsive polite fast and we really enjoyed staying at there place walk out and sit on the deck and look at the beach the vehicles are noisy outside but couldn’t hear them inside the condo we have a blast for the past two years and gulf shores works for us we were a family of 5 so the condo was small but worked just fine I loved the view and it makes me wanna buy a condo there lol, anyways we’ll be back thanks for having us on our yearly trip!”
