“We had an unfortunate experience with this specific location. I do appreciate the host being very respectful and responsive, but there was a huge sanitary issue with the place. The bathroom and bedsheets were not clean and had other human/pet stains and hair as well as severe dust buildup throughout the entire place that just showed it had not been appropriately cleaned for some time. I truly believe the host was unaware of their cleaning people not doing their jobs diligently and will be addressing that to prevent this ever happening again. But I just want to bring awareness to any others to double everything before settling in. We immediately booked another Airbnb and left the same night we arrived and received a refund.”
