“What a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood! It exceeded our expectations and would definitely stay here again if visiting the area!!! The host were wonderful and quick with communication and do very gracious!!! Would highly recommend!!!”

“Our family enjoyed staying at this beach house. After a day at the beach, we were able to rinse off in the outdoor shower then relax in the swimming pool. It is big enough that everyone can do their own thing. Play games on the TV in the living room, read a book on the balcony, chill out or take a nap on the extra couch in the living room. The kitchen was big enough for more than one person to prepare meals. If you look at the map of where the beach house is located, it looks like you only have a few options for food. This is very deceiving because you are only 20 minutes away from the night life. We found some really great, fun restaurants. The food at all of them were amazing!!! We left with many wonderful memories!”

“Had a great time here, the house had everything we needed to cook meals and some puzzles and games for the rainy days and to have something to do out of the heat. Only thing we wished it had was a full length mirror. We decided it made getting ready much easier though since we never had to change because we didn’t like how something looked, lol. Loved that each bedroom had its own bath. The private pool was great for a break from the beach and sand and was lit up in the evenings. All in all, highly recommend”

“Overall we had a great vacation here, the pool and close private beach access were great. The pool and the screened in porch were my favorites. The downstairs bathroom smelled really bad, maybe a sewage issue? The upstairs smelled kind of like mold when I walked up, and I smelled it throughout the stay. I do have pretty sensitive smell, so maybe it wasn't as noticeable for others? I didn't have any issues from it (we are sensitive to mold), but my son reported some stuffiness and headaches after the 3rd night. I did see quite a bit of water damage on the ceiling upstairs, no visible mold, but there were dark patches under the tape that was covering the water damage. Overall the place was comfortable, though, and we spent most of our time outdoors. The instructions for check out stated to turn off the AC, which I thought was weird. I asked for clarification and was told to leave them on. So I would recommend updating your check out instructions for some of us literal thinkers”
