“There was a homeless man on the property for like a full day and the host did nothing, told us to call the police who never ended up coming. Front house was basically a frat house filled with teenagers partying every night, inconsiderate other guests parking in our guest spot, filling up our trash can. Definitely did not feel safe staying there when I was alone. Washing machine had a smell even after using a tub clean cycle. They were very responsive but it felt like talking to an ai. They gave us like two towels for over a month long stay.”

“We were very comfy & pleased with home, overall, coming from our stressful home water damage! All items/issues had were addressed immediately & worked out easily w/ management response as polite & immediate. We all 3 worked in our own bdrooms, yet there was ample living/dining area to enjoy meals or watch movies together. Planes definitely were heard, just certain days/times, but not continually; didn’t bother us. Two other units on property didn’t interfere with our stay. A few minor adjustments will be suggested. We will send separate email to management, as I’m sure they’ll be receptive to our very minor additions/suggestions for home. We extended our stay a week, after initial 34 days & was a slight issue re:price texted & agreed to by us. Then, asked us to go thru Airbnb cust svc, after agreeing to lower bid, yet the only option offered was to pay full, higher amount. I felt slightly dishonored, and yet overall stay very pleasant. Use bug spray! Surprisingly nice, walkable area!”

“Great place to stay during my move to Cali. The bed was comfortable, and the space was livable for about 3 months. I did notice a colony of ants living near the kitchen, but they were easy to get rid of in the morning.”
