“I really liked this apartment to stay at. No only did it have a garage for small cars but it also had a gated parking area which is something I really wanted since a lot of hotel in Dallas reported break ins. We were there for a concert at the AAC and it was six minutes away from the apartment. I really liked how close it was to everything and how clean it was. I would definitely recommend!”

“their were cobb webbs every where outside the place needs to be pressure washed the pictures dont match the inside of the place.the paint is peeling on outaide of whole house.its not on or close to water.they advertise likes its on water. I haven't saw my kids in a year and took them for one night and thats terrible the neighborhood is cluttered and just looks a huge mess.i wish I would have just got my money back. it was 85° in the house when I got there and took for ever for it to cool down. defiantly nit a lake house or vacation spot for sure.the inside was clean and I would live there my self but not for a vacation rental to surprise my kids.i was so disappointed”

“Please know that the air conditioning is turned off when you get there! We showed up at 10pm and it was 91 degrees in the house. It finally got below 80 degrees at 2am. The house is nice and they provided towels. The area around is beautiful and we saw deer every morning in the front yard.”

“Unfortunately, this property did not match the listing. We arrived after traveling with our children to find the home was nearly 90°F because the air conditioning had not been turned on. The home was not clean or welcoming. It had a strong musty odor, the floors didn’t appear to have been swept, the shower contained hair, dead bugs, and a moldy shower curtain, and we found a dead spider on one “clean” towel and a sticky substance on another. The shower also did not work properly. There were several maintenance issues, including missing wall fixture, a loose front door threshold, and wobbly front porch steps. Most disappointing, the home itself did not match the listing photos. There was significantly less seating in the living room, including what appeared to be a missing couch or loveseat, and the furniture and overall condition were not as advertised. We hope the owners address these cleanliness, maintenance, and listing accuracy issues so future guests have a better experience.”

“This listing met expectations. The instructions were easy to follow, and the place was clean with everything I needed for my weekend stay. The 2 car garage was a great amenity”

“The home has lots of potential, but the home needs some TLC and maintenance done. We were given the wrong code to get in two years in a row. The door around the "front" is very difficult for children to open due to corrosion. The shower head in the hallway bathroom is duct taped and needs to be replaced. The master bed sinks really badly in the middle, and the headboard squeaks and is not properly attached. The AC vent returns and fans need to be dusted. The blinds in multiple rooms have been destroyed by dogs or are broken. The fridge's light doesn't work, and it has a broken drawer. The trash can lid was broken the last two times we rented the home. Some of the remotes were missing the back of the battery compartment. One day, after shutting the door, the assembly that holds the blinds on the side of the door came crashing down. We were grateful for our stay, but wish some of the maintenance items could be addressed.”

“We stayed here for the weekend and overall had an okay stay. The listing describes the property as a bungalow with a photo of the lake, but it is not actually on the lake or within walking distance, which was a bit different than we expected. Some areas of the home and furnishings also didn’t quite match the photos, so the listing photos may just need to be updated. Hopefully this feedback is helpful for the host and future guests.”
