“We absolutely loved the place. To start with, the location was incredible! We walked to several amazing restaurants close by! The house was beautiful! It easily hosted our group! The host was also very helpful and responded quickly to any of our questions. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our future stays in Charleston. We couldn’t be happier with our stay”airbnb

“Great communication, the stay was walkable to king street! Everything at the bnb was as described. Very cute and delicious coffee stand across from the apartment.”airbnb

“As advertised & shown in the photos. Spacious and great location for us. Coffee shops right around the corner! Not an issue for us, but for seniors & children, there are 3 flights of steps & a 20-30 minute walk to the historic district. Overall, great experience!”airbnb

“This house is adorable! Absolutely loved the location. Super close to coffee shops and kings street with restaurants. About a 20 min ride to the beach. We traveled with a 1 year old and I was able to request a pack and play and high chair. Thanks for hosting us!”airbnb

“Stayed here on my vacation with our one year old and enjoyed every minute. They provided a packnplay and highchair which was a huge help. Location was walking distance to so many restaurants and parking was right across the street. Loved our time here!”airbnb

“The place is lovely and the photos accurately reflect the style of the space. However, the listing showed a dining area with a table and chairs that was not actually available, and it also didn’t mention that the unit was located on a second floor. The check‑in process was not flexible either. I understand the place needed to be cleaned, but the cleaning window from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. felt excessive. Four to five hours would have been reasonable, and if they weren’t going to be ready earlier, it would have helped to clearly communicate that they wouldn’t notify me when the unit was ready. Setting expectations matters. What also made me uncomfortable was being asked to leave a 5‑star review because they had already done so for me. As a former host, I believe reviews should be honest and based on real experiences, not exchanged. With clearer communication, the stay could be much better.”airbnb

“Parking was a 10 minute walk and not onsite as alluded to in the description. The downstairs tenants partied until 3:30 in the morning 2 nights in a row & nothing was done to stop it and no compensation was given to us. The water pressure in most sinks and showers barely trickled out. It was difficult to bathe. We were allowed to use the downstairs unit’s parking spot our last night since no one was staying there. However, last minute someone came in & we were aggressively contacted at 9:30 at night to move our car. We were not able to move it, but they never should have even asked. It was easy for the new tenants to stay in our spot 10 minutes away & move the next morning when we left. Especially after how much we paid (3x normal rate due to graduation weekend) and losing multiple nights sleep when their other tenants threw parties multiple nights. I would not recommend this unit and I would never stay there again.”airbnb
