4.59
Your Space, LLC's guest rating of 4.59 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

Unfortunately , we left very unsatisfied. Several items shown in the listing photos were missing or significantly different upon arrival. The entry code frequently didn’t work, requiring repeated attempts each time we returned. There was also a long flight of stairs that was not disclosed and was especially difficult for my mother, who recently had a knee replacement. Although the listing said the home could sleep seven, the sleeping arrangements were not realistic. The air mattress was dirty, had no sheets, and would not stay inflated. The couch was also much smaller than the one shown, leaving very limited seating. There were additional safety and maintenance concerns, including a picture that nearly fell on my daughter. Despite photos showing towels and washcloths only one washcloth was provided. Overall, the property did not match the listing, and the stay was very disappointing. We had no alternative but to make the best of it we would not stay again.

Upon arrival, the door to the backyard was wide open and there was a man on drugs sleeping in the backyard. The housekeeper called the cops but the man left before they arrived. He came back later that night and was peaking inside through the windows and doing very inappropriate things out there. After relaying this to the host, they said they’d be there in 10 minutes but we never met them. I had to call the police myself and overall this was a scary experience. I got this place with a few of my girl friends and we were scared to even leave the property because he was lurking in the backyard and on the side of the house. He even tried to get in. We never got to hang out in the backyard. The front gate does not close so we only stayed 1/2 nights that we booked. The interior of the property met my expectations and it was pleasant in there. but it’s hard to overlook our poor experience.

1. Face Towels were old and dirty white. Had to purchase my own towels. 2. Did not know it was an upstairs and downstairs to home and did not know someone else was there until one of them tried tampering with the locks at 2 am. Had To call police and almost was about to shoot if got in. Window on front door not covered can look right in home. 3. Window blinds cannot be closed or lowered because broken and can look right in house. 4. No deadbolt on front door so front door was tampered with in early morning by drunk tenant until had to get my gun and call police. Front door needs to be protected. 5. For a two night stay for 4 adults was given 4 dry towels and face towels only. 6. House is surrounded by empty homes and secluded on back road across from train tracks. 7. Wife was rattled after first night due to other tenants trying to enter home in middle of night. 8. Felt a little nervous because did not know if other tenants would get drunk and try to enter home again.

We were led to believe we had one 10-bedroom oasis, but instead received two separate 5-bedroom units. This was not clearly disclosed before booking and felt misleading and deceptive, as it significantly changed the experience we expected for our group. Future guests should inspect both units carefully upon arrival. We found broken and missing fixtures, damaged and dirty walls, a hole in one dining table, spider webs throughout the homes, and dirty bed linens. Each 5-bedroom unit had only two TVs and one remote. Several towels had bleach stains and spots. Take photos and report any issues immediately.

Please needs clean up and some renovation. Locked we’re broke. Front lock didn’t work and lock to the apartment was coming off the door and there was another family staying downstairs so the whole night I had to stay up to make sure no one was coming up. Kitchen faucet was broke and was moving from the main section. This place really needs to work on cleaning. All the towels have stains and some of the have whole hand prints and looks like someone really wanted their hand print on them. The towel closet smell like mold

Do NOT book here!!! The unit is not clean. There is NOT parking on premises as advertised. There is a problem with individuals trespassing on the space and doing drugs. There was a strange man on the patio looking through the bedroom window. Another review posted about it- Glad I got my family out safe.

Starting with the neighborhood, it’s a really rough area. Several uber drivers passed up the fairs/cancelled rides once they saw the area. We also had several drivers tell us we got “played” on what we paid for such a bad area. The house had dead termites all over the walls (assuming from treatment) also dead & alive roaches that we were told by the host were beetles but after seeing more & doing a Google image search we found out were roaches. Goat did have someone drop off bug spray but still very nasty. The carpet had stains & gave the kitchen/living room area an unclean look along with the broken dining room table. We also had to clean both bathrooms because they were not very clean. For the price we paid, we could have stayed in a far nicer home in a better area but it was our 1st time there so lesson learned.

this listing feels like false advertisement. half of the furniture in the photos are gone. the main couch was broken. the kitchen island was in shambles and infested with ants. the bathrooms have never seen a tile scrubber. outlet covers were either missing or broken. there were numerous dents or poor patch jobs on all of the walls. the upstairs tv was broken. the dishwasher was unbolted. shower drains were clogged. towels smelled musty. the upstairs faucet was not secure to the counter. one bedroom’s door was installed upside down. i would not stay here again. it felt unsafe, unkept, and completely incorrect to list this townhouse compared to my experience.

This is the worst Airbnb experience I have ever had since using the platform. 3 hours before check in we were sent to a different home due to the host having “mechanical issues” at the property we originally booked. We arrived to a home that was 83 degrees inside. We then figured out the refrigerator was broken and had a terrible fishy smell. The host lacked communication and common courtesy with this situation. The broken refrigerator caused almost $300 worth of groceries and left over food to go bad during our stay because we had no where to store it. The doorknob to the front door broke, and we were never contacted back about the key to the wine cooler and promised that the fridge would have been fixed from 12-4 the second day into our stay. Overall the experience was traumatic and we are requesting a refund for the lack of service
