“place was amazing to stay only problem was the couch that they show in the picture was the not the couch that was there it was way smaller and that was inconvenient being that, someone was supposed to sleep on the couch as well. the location that was on the app after i booked was not the same location given two days prior but was still in the area. otherwise then that everything was excellent no complains”airbnb

“The place wasnt bad was okay. However the location was not what was listen on the listing. The neighbors were extremely loud the second night we stayed which isnt the hosts problem. The drain in the shower doesnt drain properly, the outlet cover in the bathroom is broken, the lever to flush the toilet is also broken. Definitely not worth the money I paid, but it is what it is. Would I stay again? Probably not...”airbnb

“We stayed for one night with a group of 8 couples on our way to an annual motorcycle rally. There was enough on street and driveway parking for our two trucks and trailers. The house was clean and well decorated. The furniture was nice looking but there were may items that were broken / damaged due to the poor quality. Many of the bathrooms had broken towel racks and even if they hadn’t been broken, there wasn’t enough space to hang all the towels if you have a bunch of people. There also didn’t seem to be any hangers in any of the closests, and there are no dressers to unpack in either. It wasn’t a big deal to our group since we were only there on night, but if we had been staying longer it would have been an annoyance. The pillows were also super flat and probably the worst pillows I’ve encountered in a rental. I am a fellow vacation rental owner in a beach town, so all of this is merely constructive criticism. Overall, we had a great stay at the property; hence the high rating.”airbnb

“this listing feels like false advertisement. half of the furniture in the photos are gone. the main couch was broken. the kitchen island was in shambles and infested with ants. the bathrooms have never seen a tile scrubber. outlet covers were either missing or broken. there were numerous dents or poor patch jobs on all of the walls. the upstairs tv was broken. the dishwasher was unbolted. shower drains were clogged. towels smelled musty. the upstairs faucet was not secure to the counter. one bedroom’s door was installed upside down. i would not stay here again. it felt unsafe, unkept, and completely incorrect to list this townhouse compared to my experience.”airbnb

“My cousins and I stayed here a couple of weeks ago .I want to start by saying the house had a pet smell or pet dander smell We had to go buy candles and air fresheners a lot of them .My room sheets were dirty with stains on them the bathroom knob was hanging off partially. Bathroom corners had dirt and hair in them both of them . Only 1 TV in the master when there are 5 rooms.Neighborhood is a little sketchy though males hanging out all night. We did use the alarm almost 99% of the time !!! No dyer on washing machine so I had to go buy new sheets… IDK if I could stay in another Air B N B after staying here. This is only my 2 nd time staying in one .Highly doubt if I would stay in another one .. The rugs in the bedrooms need to be replaced also .. We found a dog bed in 1 of the rooms that had the strongest smell ..Stinky smell”airbnb

“We had an overall good stay at this property. The home was very clean upon arrival, and the location was convenient for getting around and enjoying the area. The check-in and check-out process was also smooth and easy, which we really appreciated. That said, there were a few issues that impacted our experience. The AC did not fully work for about half of the house during our stay, which made parts of the home uncomfortable. There was also limited communication regarding the technician visits and progress on resolving the issue. While a fix was eventually attempted, we still had trouble getting the AC to properly cool afterward. Overall, it’s a solid place with great potential, but clearer communication and more reliable resolution of maintenance issues would have made a difference.”airbnb

“This is the worst Airbnb experience I have ever had since using the platform. 3 hours before check in we were sent to a different home due to the host having “mechanical issues” at the property we originally booked. We arrived to a home that was 83 degrees inside. We then figured out the refrigerator was broken and had a terrible fishy smell. The host lacked communication and common courtesy with this situation. The broken refrigerator caused almost $300 worth of groceries and left over food to go bad during our stay because we had no where to store it. The doorknob to the front door broke, and we were never contacted back about the key to the wine cooler and promised that the fridge would have been fixed from 12-4 the second day into our stay. Overall the experience was traumatic and we are requesting a refund for the lack of service”airbnb
