“Do NOT book here!!! The unit is not clean. There is NOT parking on premises as advertised. There is a problem with individuals trespassing on the space and doing drugs. There was a strange man on the patio looking through the bedroom window. Another review posted about it- Glad I got my family out safe.”

“Everything was fine. Other than the stains on the bed, the water had a bad smell to it, the kitchen sink had some left in it which also had a smell, everything thing else was fine. Great price”

“There was some confusion as to where the home was. The instant book gave us one address & then the instructions had a different address. Luckily, the correct place was only about 10 mins away. This home was able to accommodate the 8 of us comfortably for one night. Home smelled good, the candles & complimentary wine was a nice touch.”

“Property was nice definitely describe as listed. The only hiccup was the broken bed frame but other than that we enjoyed our stay!”

“Starting with the neighborhood, it’s a really rough area. Several uber drivers passed up the fairs/cancelled rides once they saw the area. We also had several drivers tell us we got “played” on what we paid for such a bad area. The house had dead termites all over the walls (assuming from treatment) also dead & alive roaches that we were told by the host were beetles but after seeing more & doing a Google image search we found out were roaches. Goat did have someone drop off bug spray but still very nasty. The carpet had stains & gave the kitchen/living room area an unclean look along with the broken dining room table. We also had to clean both bathrooms because they were not very clean. For the price we paid, we could have stayed in a far nicer home in a better area but it was our 1st time there so lesson learned.”

“place was amazing to stay only problem was the couch that they show in the picture was the not the couch that was there it was way smaller and that was inconvenient being that, someone was supposed to sleep on the couch as well. the location that was on the app after i booked was not the same location given two days prior but was still in the area. otherwise then that everything was excellent no complains”

“this listing feels like false advertisement. half of the furniture in the photos are gone. the main couch was broken. the kitchen island was in shambles and infested with ants. the bathrooms have never seen a tile scrubber. outlet covers were either missing or broken. there were numerous dents or poor patch jobs on all of the walls. the upstairs tv was broken. the dishwasher was unbolted. shower drains were clogged. towels smelled musty. the upstairs faucet was not secure to the counter. one bedroom’s door was installed upside down. i would not stay here again. it felt unsafe, unkept, and completely incorrect to list this townhouse compared to my experience.”

“We had an overall good stay at this property. The home was very clean upon arrival, and the location was convenient for getting around and enjoying the area. The check-in and check-out process was also smooth and easy, which we really appreciated. That said, there were a few issues that impacted our experience. The AC did not fully work for about half of the house during our stay, which made parts of the home uncomfortable. There was also limited communication regarding the technician visits and progress on resolving the issue. While a fix was eventually attempted, we still had trouble getting the AC to properly cool afterward. Overall, it’s a solid place with great potential, but clearer communication and more reliable resolution of maintenance issues would have made a difference.”

“This is the worst Airbnb experience I have ever had since using the platform. 3 hours before check in we were sent to a different home due to the host having “mechanical issues” at the property we originally booked. We arrived to a home that was 83 degrees inside. We then figured out the refrigerator was broken and had a terrible fishy smell. The host lacked communication and common courtesy with this situation. The broken refrigerator caused almost $300 worth of groceries and left over food to go bad during our stay because we had no where to store it. The doorknob to the front door broke, and we were never contacted back about the key to the wine cooler and promised that the fridge would have been fixed from 12-4 the second day into our stay. Overall the experience was traumatic and we are requesting a refund for the lack of service”

“This stay did not meet Airbnb standards or a 4–5 star expectation. Upon arrival, the apartment was not clean, including very dirty, blackened walls and baseboards, which indicated the unit had not been properly prepared for guests. Several important details were not clearly disclosed in the listing. When you received the address you are given two apartments. This is a separate apartment located on a dead-end street in an unsafe area, next to an open lot and abandoned houses. The yard was not fenced and was open to another property, which raised additional safety concerns. There were also safety issues during the stay, including a burning candle left lit inside the unit at check-in. In addition, the trash was not put out for pickup and was left visible. The host stated that someone would be coming to clean, but no one ever arrived. I called and texted multiple times afterward and received no response. Overall the property did not match the description, and I would not recommend!”
