Your Orlando Stay

“We stayed there with my parents, husband and son and this place was perfect for us. Even though we had to deal with traffic on the drive to my daughter’s volleyball tournament in Orlando every day, this place offered a really nice retreat away from noise. My son enjoyed fishing on the property (despite not catching anything), we had plenty of pool options to choose from, the area was really nice for walking, and we traveled with workout equipment since we did not have access to the clubhouse gym. The only thing we’ll note for next time is that we need to provide our own equipment if we want to use the tennis/pickleball courts, sand VB court, etc. We’re already looking forward to going back next year.”

“The place was amazing lots of things to do BBQ grills on property was very convenient pools all around and even a splash pad for the kids the until was great lots of space definitely recommend i will definitely book back”

“Really nice house. Everything was alright so far. Neighborhood was pretty nice and quiet. The pool was very nice!!! Check in and out procedure was pretty effortless. But our grill - which we ordered and prepaid before- was locked and the gas bottle was empty. The host did not respond until we contacted the airbnb support- then the problem was solved very quick. All in all it was a nice stay.”

“We arrived at the property after a 9-hour drive and attempted to check in one hour early but received no response. At check-in time, we entered the unit and found it had not been cleaned. There was trash, dirt, bugs, and the overall condition was unacceptable. Management did not respond until later that night after hours of waiting. This completely disrupted our trip, causing us to miss a concert we had tickets for because we could not shower or get ready. Additionally, the AC was broken upon arrival, and the unit stayed around 80 degrees the entire time. The pool area was dirty, appeared to need pressure washing, and hair from previous guests was still in the pool. The carpet also needs replacement. I have photos documenting everything. Due to these conditions, we had to pay for an overpriced hotel room. This was a very disappointing experience.”

“The house overall is in a good location. Upon arrival the hot tub was drained and they did respond quickly and get someone out the next morning, but we paid for 3 days of heated spa and pool and unfortunately couldn’t use the hot tub, and the pool was very chilly the first night so we were unable to use it also. The hosts response was kinda snippy when we let them know we were disappointed in not being able to use it. The beds were super comfortable, but the carpet definitely needs replacing as it is terrible. The location and neighborhood are both great and overall the house is okay for the money.”

“We do NOT recommend staying here. The house apparently was updated two years ago.. but the garage door is a different color to the one in the advert. The hosts agent is SLOW to respond, didn’t do ANYTHING to action issues. 1) pool net broken - vermin.. pests can access 2) front door glass broken and covered with cling film which has broken glass stick out - our 8 year old son had some in his hand 3) kitchen cupboards don’t close 4) bedroom cupboards missing knobs which can scratch you 5) no bbq padlock code - we had to ask on the emergency number 6) cracks in pool area 7) rear windows coverings warped 8) Bushes coming through pool netting These are just a few things and when pointed out to the agent who is looking after the home “your Orlando stay” they said the were aware and making improvements in MAY !!!! Which means that other children staying in the house can cut their hands until the door is fixed… Also to mention the cochroach in the cupboard and the lizard in the blinds.”

“Upon arrival, the locks were broken and we were unable to enter the home, requiring replacement the following day. The WiFi was unreliable and did not work most days, aside from one day after troubleshooting with Spectrum. Cleanliness was a major issue “dirty” is an understatement, with dust present throughout the property, which was especially concerning as my son has asthma. There were also bugs in the sink and broken furniture, adding to the overall poor condition of the home. I was met with attitude towards me regarding the issues making me feel uncomfortable to speak up about anything and being brushed off like I was the problem. Beware.”

“The place was spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was clean but did not get two days of pool/spa heat that was paid for nor was refunded after requesting twice to be refunded for the days it was not working and did not get responded to for two days. The carpet felt dirty on bare feet and it looks like other renters may not have followed the no shoes in the house and the carpet tack strip walking from the front door into the living room poked us multiple times. Overall was a decent stay and would stay again but communication could be better and carpet needs to be replaced in my opinion.”

“We had a wonderful stay in this home, it was clean and decorated very tastefully. The house was stocked very well with cooking equipment and bathroom supplies from towels to flat irons. It truly was a beautiful and relaxing stay, especially in such a quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately, I docked off a star due to communication. There were a few issues with sometimes not getting responses back for over a day. I know they manage multiple properties but it definitely takes the personal touch out of it that I’m used to receiving from AirBnB hosts. But besides communication, no complaints.”

“This was the most DISAPPOINTING stay ! And not at all what was expected for me and my family based on the listing. The property advertised a jacuzzi pool, but when we arrived it was not heated. Only after asking and receiving a response 3 hours later were we told it required an extra fee, which was not clearly disclosed beforehand. Communication with the host was extremely slow. It regularly took over three hours to get a response when we were trying to address the issues. The central air conditioning did not work, and the temperature inside the home reached 87°F every day we were there which made it very uncomfortable. The WiFi also did not work at all and constantly showed “no internet connection.” To make matters worse, there were a lot of bugs and spiders inside the house. Overall, several of the amenities that were advertised were either not working or not properly disclosed, and the slow communication from the host made the situation even more frustrating. I would not recommend !”
