“This home was easily accessible by car, and also walkable to Downtown Decatur - a great location! Also very spacious with plenty of privacy. The big kitchen counter and back porch was enjoyable, and the nicely cared airy backyard with trees brought in nicely filtered light - it was lovely:)”

“We booked this place for relatives visiting from Europe, and it was absolutely perfect. They didn't have a car, so it was important they could easily walk to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and other shops whenever they wanted to do their own thing. The location was ideal—about a 15-minute walk on sidewalks to Downtown Decatur in one direction, and about the same distance the other way to Sprouts, Whole Foods, Walmart, and other stores. Everything is connected by sidewalks with pedestrian crossings and traffic lights, which is a huge plus for European visitors who are used to walking rather than driving everywhere. Another pleasant surprise was how quiet it was. Although it's located on a busy street, once you're inside you can't hear the traffic at all. The home was comfortable, peaceful, and exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially for anyone wanting a walkable location in the Decatur area.”
