“The location is excellent. Central, quiet, and close to the Beltline, but the property currently falls short of expectations regarding upkeep. While the house is spacious and family-friendly, it shows clear signs of neglect that detract from the experience. Cleanliness was below standard; we encountered dust, cobwebs, and had to rewash kitchen items before use. The kitchen equipment is quite worn, especially the pans, which need replacing due to damaged coatings. Throughout the home, small issues like broken window shutters and scuffed finishes suggest a lack of regular maintenance. The outdoor area also felt uninviting and didn’t quite match the listing photos. Managed by a large company, the house feels more impersonal than with a private host. While communication was friendly, the property needs more proactive attention. It’s a functional choice if location is your priority, but there is significant room for improvement in cleanliness and general maintenance.”

“From the street, home appears nice. Has two nice bedrooms and bathrooms. open garage and a nice back porch. Master bedroom has a soft foam mattress. Inside of home has some updates that are nice. Old appliances in kitchen and laundry. Home located in a quiet neighborhood off of a main street with no traffic.”
