Yosemite Region Resorts's guest rating of 4.43 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“We had a wonderful time during our stay at this place. The location is absolutely wonderful & truly a hidden gem! Although the place could've been cleaned better before we arrived, we still had an amazing time and there was so many things to do including kayaking, paddleboarding, etc. We saw deer, turkeys, and other wildlife that were within 50 yards from us, which was also great! The lake was absolutely beautiful and so was this whole place! I would definitely recommend it for a large party of 10+!”airbnb

“We’ve been to PML at our friends place several times and so we know the area well and the type of hosing there: The good: house is really modern, pretty rare for PML community It is water front The bad: the staircase to the dock is exceptionally steep. Not suitable for kids or older people The house is pretty bare bone. No toys. No entertainment like you’d commonly find in a vacation rental. It feels like a city stay the way it’s furnished. Not a vacation rental. No toys for kids. Nothing… The worst is the communication w the management. Central couldn’t confirm a late check in. Local team just lazily said they took care of it. The actual answer is that the check in desk is 24/7. But they didn’t say it in the house manual or emails. Even when we called they didn’t say it. It seems the management team doesn’t know about the actual property Trash - they didn’t tell us to put in the bear canister. And when we discovered it, the canister full If trash from prior Airbnbs.”airbnb

“My friends and I had a fantastic stay! It was the perfect base camp for our daily hikes in Yosemite. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfast every morning, and the living room was super spacious for hanging out and unwinding in the evening. Beds were extremely comfortable, and everyone slept great. The only minor thing was a slightly slow-draining bathroom sink, but overall, it was an amazing stay. We would definitely return!”airbnb

“Great spot! Cool location and plenty of room in the home. The $50 per vehicle parking pass is pretty steep but don’t regret staying here the lake was nice to go swim at. Few little items could have used more maintenance like the benches at the dining table being wobbly. Overall great spot if you’re looking to relax in the mountains.”airbnb

“Nice property. The driveway is really, really steep and so are the stairs leading up to the front door. Other than that it was great.”airbnb

“The property is in a convenient location, and the gated community was a nice feature that made us feel safe. However, the home could use some updates, and it would benefit from a more thorough cleaning before guests arrive.”airbnb

“We were really looking forward to our family vacation, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, we could not get into the property for over two hours because the key was not in the lockbox mentioned in the check in instructions. We were left waiting outside in the middle of the forest with 8 adults and 2 children until the host finally informed us there was a second lockbox. The property was also not properly prepared. The BBQ was dirty, and the trash had not been collected. During our stay, a very large bear came onto the property, knocked over the trash cans, and scattered garbage everywhere. This was a frightening experience, especially with young children. Proper trash management is essential in a bear active area.”airbnb

“Worst air bnb experience I’ve ever had. Upon arrival, I found rodent poop throughout the house. The worst part was poop right on the beds. The place seems like it hasn’t been cleaned in over a week. I found a mysterious white powder on the kitchen counter and on the ground around the house. There was a random pill on the ground so I assume the powder was from that. There were also cobwebs all around the house, inside and out. I tried turning on the outdated and gross swamp cooler but apparently that was too much for the houses electrical system. I reset all the breakers in the house but I couldn’t get power back to half the house. I had to switch bedrooms because of this. The host listed their hours as 9:30am-5pm but they did not get back to me until around noon only AFTER I reached out to air bnb support first. The only thing they told me was that they couldn’t give me a refund (after air bnb support said I was getting a full refund) and were non apologetic. Avoid this property.”airbnb

“Beautiful cabin in a picturesque location with convenience of grocery store just a mile away. Approximately 1 hour and 15 minute drive to the waterfalls inside Yosemite. Our family of six enjoyed our stay with the lake views, and the pool table was a big hit. We do wish we had access to the canoe and boat tied on their dock, but the paddles were locked up. We messaged them but never got a response. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was clean and tidy for the most part, except for sticky floors. The sheets in two of the bedrooms were stained and the ceiling fan in one of the upstairs bedrooms clicked so loudly my son couldn’t use it. There were copious cobwebs and wasp nests outside the home, but it didn’t affect our stay. Two of the three burners on the outdoor grill had trouble lighting. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to others.”airbnb

“I enjoyed the peace and quiet of the place. I hade problems getting through the security gate because my name wasn't left at the guard gate. That was a bit of a hassle but not a big one after I showed all my credentials and ID. The blackout was nobody's fault. I just had to leave before I froze or starved to death. I was working on a deadline and it put me behind.”airbnb
