“The location to West Yellowstone was great easy to find. House was clean”

“This place was fine for our group of friends as a place to stay after a week of camping and before our drive home. It is listed accurately, however it's a bit rundown compared to how the photos portray it. It was also fairlu dirty, as in needs a real good deep clean. It definitely has the rustic cabin feeling. It had the basics for what we needed though!”

“Nice cabin that has a lot but is a bit mismanaged as it lacked some basics. When we arrived there were three sheets of toilet paper left (no response when we asked about this at all), no dish soap, no body wash, no coffee etc. Location is nice though.”

“This was a super cute cabin. It was close to several good riding trails which was great! It is very close to another Airbnb which we weren’t expecting.”

“8 day stay was acceptable but the place was not up to the expectation. Bathroom was VERY small, as was the kitchen. Also mildew in shower. Interior is dark. No instruction folder found, and when I requested garbage instructions and how to open the locked washer it took 4 days to get a response from the owner. I have stayed in this area before at a different place and loved it. Would not stay here again.”

“This cabin was good and sufficient for our needs. Our party of three adults stayed for four nights and had no initial issues. The hand soap in both bathrooms quickly was used and there was none to refill the bottles. There were also no paper towels or kitchen towels for the kitchen sink, so we had to use a bathroom towel. When we mentioned these issues to the hosts, replacement supplies were provided, but they came unannounced after 9pm. We also bought coffee pods for the Keurig, but the machine provided didn’t seem to work. When I mentioned this issue to the hosts, they responded with “The other coffee pot should work”, while ignoring my concern with the Keurig! I was able to enjoy coffee from the traditional pot, but they seemed to miss the point of my message. This place wasn’t bad and I think we just had a rough experience. The location and cleanliness were great, just don’t expect perfect communication.”

“I was not happy with no response after 2 messages. Wanted us to wash the towels but there was no laundry detergent. There was no toilet paper when we checked in and the store is not just around the corner. I spilled coffee grounds and there was no broom or dust pan, the vacuum cleaner didn’t work.”

“this place was great, easy drive to Yellowstone and easy to find. very clean and smells brand new. I feel it needed a few items such as hair dryer ECT. The only downside is we never got any communication from the host, we asked for early check in after receiving the automated message telling us to reach out if we have any last-minute requests. We never heard anything back from the host at all.”

“Very beautiful house and super close to the national park. Very good and well stocked kitchen. Felt the description was a little misleading since we weren’t aware the third bedroom is a basement. Some blinds were worn/ broken. Had some missing instructions regarding the hot tub and received an automated response. Since we prefer using the Airbnb to chat with the owners.”
