I had a great experience staying in the apartment and everyone is super helpful. In terms of location, it is very close to everything in Irvine (i was here to drop my daughter off to UCI). Anyway, I can not say enough of good things about experience and the apartment itself. Thank you guys so much!”

“Overall: This is a really great place to stay in Chicago. It's a great location, phenomenal view, and really great hosts that was really affordable for the location and amenities. Would book again in a heartbeat. Location: It's a 5 min walk from a red line stop that'll get you to Wrigley, and <10min walk to the loop which will get you anywhere. I went on morning runs around Millenium parked and walked nearly everywhere while I stayed. Also the entry on a side road makes for easy pickup by rideshares. Nearby target to get groceries if staying longer. Security: Very safe building, always someone at the front desk and need a fob to access the elevator bay and to use the elevator. Amenities: On the 8th floor there's a great gym and pool, and really nice outdoor deck to sit and watch the boats go by on the river. There were also building events like movies, food trucks, that made it a great spot for the summer. In building parking is worth the money, so convenient.”

“the best thing about world class is their communication. we really appreciated how attentive they were to the issues that came up and how quickly they responded. the apartment itself was nice and the complex was modern and the gym was nice. the cleaners they hired did not do a great job and the living room rug smelled of cat pee. we also had to buy bedding and towels because they didn’t feel clean. we had to thoroughly clean the apartment the first two days - dust and dirt and some stains on the floor. it took a few days to get rid of the smell of cat litter. world class reimbursed us for everything we bought to feel more comfortable which we appreciated. the apartment complex is another issue - not their fault but some of the residents are very inconsiderate. pet owners do not pick up after their pets and we had an upstairs neighbor that stomped around the apartment at all hours. overall, though, wc did what they could to make it right and were excellent hosts.”
