Woodland Ridge Cabins's guest rating of 4.79 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“It was a okay stay. Cool things to do within a 10 min drive. Id probably not book again though for other reasons.”airbnb

“This place, sleeps 8? And the frying pan they have, was an embarrassment. Paid very good money for this place and couldn't make breakfast...then, the theater room? Remote controls, didn't have batteries, and, the "theater room" surround sound speakers, didn't work. I mean, the attention to detail, was definitely lacking. Sorry, it is what it is.”airbnb

“I would NOT recommend staying here. There was a mouse that was inside of the house and was running around underneath the dishwasher and oven. The ceiling of the first floor bedroom was leaking water to the point we had to place down a bucket. The host then just sent someone to lay a trap for the mouse and slightly lower the shower curtain and then leave. The check-out was also what I would find to be too much cleaning for guests. We had to clear everything out and take it to a dumpster you drove to and had to strip all of the beds and wash all of the dishes. On top of that the cleaners had signs in the house asking for tips when us as guests did most of the cleaning. The walls were also paper thin and you could hear anyone that stayed up slightly later than the others. Would not recommend.”airbnb

“We enjoyed our stay at Serenity’s Dream Cabin. The only gripe we had was that the coffee pot wasn’t cleaned in preparation for our stay and still had coffee in it and was growing mold. We felt the host could have at least stocked a few Keurig pods for the Keurig as other Airbnb’s do. The bed was comfortable, the shower was large and clean, and the large deck and hot tub were great. Overall a positive experience, though driving up the hill to get to the parking spot was a bit scary the first time.”airbnb

“Okay place - basic amenities but hot tub was green when we arrived and the cabin is quite outdated. But good location and okay for a single night stay.”airbnb

“Visually the location appears secluded although on the first night while outside on the deck a neighboring house was close enough we could hear an individual coughing. Otherwise the view off the deck of the forest is beautiful. The living space is two flights up with the hot tub on the first level. It was clean and functioned well but we wished it was closer and less exposed. The living space itself was very clean but minimalistic in furnishings (one couch and two message chairs). The message chairs were a nice touch but the one farthest from the front door did have a minor glitch in the left hand pressure point (an audible air leak). The bedroom was nice with it's own tv. The bathroom was beautiful but had the biggest issue we found at the property - the water pressure. The water pressure was so weak that if it was any less it would have made the shower completely unusable. It was by far the most disappointing part of our experience and the reason I would not recommend this property.”airbnb

“We had a problem with mice throughout the kitchen and living room. Maintenance provided a repellent (traps around toddlers would have been unsafe) and we were assured that the mice would be gone by the next day but the mice family and babies remained throughout our entire stay. The host declined to offer us a partial discount.”airbnb

“The location is amazing. Super close to a lot of popular hiking, but removed from the main road. Very private. Nice back deck with a grill, hot tub, and seats. The cabin seemed extremely clean when we first arrived. We did find a mouse running around on our first night, which the maintenance team responded to quickly. We also noticed the locks did not work on the front door of the cabin. I reached out to the main office 2 times to ask about a way to fix this problem and never got a response. The cabin is in a very safe and remote area, but having a locking door would have given us more peace of mind Ultimately it was a really nice stay and we enjoyed our time in the cabin.”airbnb

“I didn’t like the place as it described, they need to maintain on cleaning cause Mouse was running here and there and beds were not comfortable to sleep”airbnb

“Upon arrival, the driveway nor the porch, was not plowed or salted. My group’s vehicles were sliding all over the hill. As we got into the house, the basement bathroom had days old dried and crusted from flooding. Both of these problems indicated that the property was not inspected or cleaned in days prior to our arrival.”airbnb
